Who Operates HardKnock
HardKnock is a PocketSquad LLC brand. PocketSquad LLC uses HardKnock to sell and deliver digital maker plans, memberships, and related account tools.
Information We Collect
We may collect account details such as name and email, order and membership records, email subscription preferences, product entitlement records, and download logs including file, time, IP address, and user agent.
Service Providers
Supabase is used for authentication, database records, and private storage. Stripe handles checkout, payment processing, subscriptions, and billing portal sessions. Resend may send transactional and marketing emails when enabled.
Payments
HardKnock does not store full card numbers. Payment details are submitted to and processed by Stripe according to Stripe’s own security and privacy practices.
Downloads And Entitlements
Paid files are stored privately and delivered through signed links after account and entitlement checks. Download logs help verify access, debug delivery issues, and protect paid files from public sharing.
Cookies And Analytics
The app may use authentication cookies, checkout/session cookies, and basic analytics events such as product views, checkout starts, purchases, downloads, memberships, and email signups.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, manage Stripe billing through the customer portal when available, and request account or data help through PocketSquad LLC support channels.
